Creamy Peanut Butter Frosting

  • 2 sticks of softened butter
  • 1 ½ C. Creamy Jif Peanut Butter
  • 1 ½ boxes of Confectioner’s Sugar (10X)
  • Dash of Salt
  • ???? Milk (maybe a Cup??—possibly a little more)
  • 2 teaspoons of Vanilla
Mix together the butter and peanut butter until smooth and creamy. Add the dash of salt and about a half box of the 10X sugar along with some milk and mix thoroughly. Add another half box of the 10X sugar along with some milk and mix thoroughly again. Add the final portion of the 10X sugar and enough milk to make it creamy and spreadable. Lastly, add the vanilla. Mix well and frost the cake! Enjoy!

Note: This is a lot of frosting, probably enough for two 9 x 13” cake pans. The leftover frosting tastes so good on a Ritz cracker or Club Cracker. Definitely not a healthy snack!
