Vanilla Ice Cream

Ingredients:

• 4 eggs
• 2 C. Granulated Sugar
• 2 teaspoons Pure Vanilla
• 2 cans Evaporated Milk
• Almost 2 quarts of whole milk

Directions:

• In a large mixing bowl, mix the eggs, sugar, vanilla, and evaporated milk together until most of the sugar dissolves.
• Then add the milk; stir and pour into the ice cream freezer canister.
• Proceed to follow the instructions for the ice cream freezer.
